Wednesday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. Come to the Bridgman Public Library for a family friendly, ‘Spook’tacular event! Enjoy games, activities, and treats. Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory.


Sleepy Hollow

Saturday, October 28 at 1:30 p.m. at Bridgman High School - Bridgman Performing Arts Center  Join us for a theatrical performance of Legend of Sleepy Hollow by GreatWorks Theatre Company on Saturday, October 28 at 1:30 pm at the Bridgman Performing Arts Center.  This goofy and spooky show is fun for all ages.  Free tickets will be available at the library and for students at Bridgman Public Schools. 


Board Vacancy

The Bridgman Public Library has a vacancy on its board beginning December 1, 2017 for a one-year term.  The Bridgman Public Library Board is the governing and policy-making board for the library.  All positions are voluntary.  Persons interested in the position must be residents of the City of Bridgman and send a letter of interest to the Bridgman Public Library Joint Board of Directors, 4460 Lake Street, Bridgman, MI 49106 by November 1, 2017.  The vacancy will be filled by the Joint Board of Directors at their meeting on November 28, 2017 at 8:30 a.m.

Early Literacy Classes with Miss Tami

Mondays, Baby and Me (newborn-2) at 10:45 a.m.

Tuesdays, Toddler and Me (ages 3-5) starts at 9:30 or 11:30 a.m.

Tuesdays, Story Hour (ages 3-5) is at 10:30 a.m.

Puppies And Pages

Every Wednesday October 4-December 27th  Puppies and Pages is a reading program for children who enjoy practicing reading and dogs. The child will practice reading skills in a comfortable environment to a certified service dog.  Call the library 465-3663 to make an appointment


Storytime @ the Storyhouse
Every Wednesday

October 4 - December 27  at 6:00 p.m. Ages 2-6. Come and join Miss Cassandra at the library’s Storyhouse for books, songs and finger plays.  Their will be a special guest reader each week from the Bridgman High School.


Friends of the Library - Quarterly Coordinating Meetings

Thursday October 13 @ 6:30 pm. Everyone is welcome.
